Hello, Welcome to La Costa del Sol. Rules: After 22:00h must not make very loud noise. As normal... ; ) We have pets on the apartment sometimes . Must not be allergic. 2 small Chihuahuas and one cat. ; ) I speak English, German and Spanish. Currently, my mother lives there. She speaks Spanish and a little English. You can smoke in the terrace. Make sure window door close, so smoke stays out. As posisble. No smoking please. We will make you space in the kitchen for your stuff. The lower mattress is new, and very comfortable, hope you enjoy it. The room is very fresh and quiet.
