This condominium features a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom split floor plan. The guest will enjoy their own private room and bathroom. Inside the room, they'll find a comfortable bed, a desk, and a TV, along with ample closet space for their belongings. This is a gated community, so the guard will have to call my phone for me to allow you in.

Respect Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am ensuring a peaceful environment for everyone in the house. No Unapproved Guests: For security reasons, please do not invite unapproved guests into the house without prior consent. Clean Up After Yourself: Kindly clean up after yourself in shared spaces, including the kitchen, bathroom, and living areas. Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Respect Personal Belongings: Please respect the privacy and personal belongings of other residents in the house.
