We are a busy couple in our late 40s with a lovely quiet and well-kept period house in a cul de sac in the charming, upmarket suburban village of Rathgar. We don’t work routine hours so there’s rarely a rush for the shower in the morning! The house is cosy and sophisticated with ample kitchen facilities, including your own fridge; wifi signal is strong and reliable. Electric shower in a modern shared bathroom. We do have a cat (very friendly) so if you're not into cats or allergic, apologies that we might not be the place for you!

No smoking anywhere on the property, including the garden; we hope our guests would be respectfully quiet at all times but particularly after 22:00.
