Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm - 9:00 am. 3. Remove your shoes whenever you enter the house. 4. Lock all doors when leaving and exiting the property. 5. Be upfront about any breakage or accident while on the property. 6. Anyone booking the place must be the guest staying at our Homestay. 7. No smoking on the property. 8. No pets allowed. 9. No planned or spontaneous events are allowed. 10. Check-in ONLY on Sunday between 8:00 am - 3:00 pm, unless a verbal agreement is given in advance. Check-out at 3:00 pm. Thanks!
