My home is located in the southeastern part of Connecticut. I currently live alone, with my cat, empty nester, a daughter in college. My home is on a quiet street in a leafy neighborhood. It’s a family oriented community where people take walks, walk their dogs and jog along the streets on a daily basis. The property has a huge front and back yard as well as a deck. The atmosphere is great with lots of trees, chirping birds and quiet neighbors. I am five miles away from a beautiful bike, walk trails. I have a bike which my guests are welcome to use. Also, the property is 3 to 5 minutes away from the grocery store and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops, 20 minutes from a casino and a major city. My home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. We have a large kitchen with a bar area and dining area. We have a separate dining room that leads to our spacious family recreational room, which includes a hot tub. We also have a large deck which leads from the hot tub to our family outdoor pool. You can have a relaxing afternoon, do a BBQ or just hang out in our large backyard. I am 25 minutes from the beach and 20 minutes from the state capital of Hartford. I know a thing or two about hospitality and would enjoy hosting you.
Please feel free to use the kitchen and all other amenities, but clean up after. Please treat our home like you would something you truly care about.
