My 24 year old son and I share our four bedroom home in Point Clare, Gosford. Its a quiet area and is in walking distance of the buses and the train station which takes just over an hour to get to Sydney and 10 minutes to Gosford and 20 minutes to the beach. We also have a study, two bathrooms, two lounge areas with TV's and a garden which we would be happy to share. The spare bedrooms are small but adequate and there is plenty of room in the house. My son is pretty independent and does his own thing I work full time and enjoy the gym most evenings so the house is pretty quiet. We also have a dog, Rusty he’s a beagle who loves affection and walking:)
