Good location for international students studying at University of Alberta or NAIT. I lived and taught in S. Korea for 3 years. I have been an ESL and special needs teacher in Edmonton for more than 20 years. I currently tutor English and other subjects. I have taken in long term/short-term international students as well as many others. Quiet female only home.
I host female guests of any age. Prefer students, travelers, an office or medical worker, or a professional person who needs a safe, clean, quiet, comfortable. **No illegal drugs ** Castledowns area. Smoking allowed outside ONLY. No pets allowed; we do have a ferret in the home. He is very friendly and extremely quiet. All doors must stay closed, including bathroom doors. You have your own room with a key as well as a main door key for your access. Take care of keys, $50 returnable deposit for keys. Shared full-sized bathroom: Shower and tub. Shared kitchen: you will have space in the cabinet and refrigerator/freezer for your food items. Clean your dishes and clear counters when you are finished in the kitchen. No guests are to invite strangers in my home. Grocery store, pizza, hair/nail salon, movie theatre, pharmacy, doctor’s office, gas station and strip malls close to home. Very close to the Anthony Henday and St. Albert. Bus stops at the front of complex and near the grocery store as well. Please respect my home as you would your own/or your parents’ home. Check in time is 2 pm and check out is noon. Please take your trash out upon check out.
