I have been hosting homestay students on and off for 12 years. I currently have a student from China who has been with me for 2 years, leaving end of June to return to China. Previously a student from China who stayed 3 years. She is now married and lives in Melbourne. Both students studied at Melbourne University.

No excessive noise. Homestays must let me know in advance if they don't require dinner.
