Furnished room with comfy queen bed. Private bath on that side of the house and access to laundry and kitchen. There is an old cat who lives in the house. He is 20 and indoors all the time. He sleeps 95% of the time in my room. I am in a new development that is about 8 miles from the closest hospital. Plenty of parking on a corner lot with an open space back yard. Perfect for quiet times or star gazing.
Must know I have a cat - he is an indoor cat only and he is 20 years old. He does not go in the Queen room or the bathroom associated with that part of the house. Must be clean. You are responsible for washing the bedding and the towels you use. Kitchen is shared, please keep it clean along with the bathroom. HOA requires no parking on the street and the driveway is big enough to park vehicle. Groceries are your responsibility as is any cleaning products or personal items needed. Closet space is available and the bed has drawers for extra storage. If more is needed, we can find a convenient place to store things you may have while here. I work from home a lot. My hours vary. This is a shared space home but the room being rented is on the other side of the house providing privacy. Keeping the house clean is paramount.
