NOTE: There is a 10 year old girl and a dog who live at the property. Our home is a quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood in Swedesboro/Woolwich Township, NJ. The house sits at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by trees and open land, so you get plenty of privacy and a country vibe, while still being close to Philadelphia, highways, shopping, and restaurants. About the space: The bedroom available is a comfortable private room, perfect for someone looking for peace and quiet. A full bathroom is nearby and may be shared with our daughter. We also have a bathroom on the main floor and a bathroom in the basement that both have showers. (If you want a completely private space the unfurnished basement is also available). Towels, linens, and WiFi are included. Shared spaces include the kitchen, dining, and living areas, pool (closed during the winter), plus a deck and yard to enjoy. Plenty of parking is available on the property. About the area: Swedesboro’s historic Main Street has cozy coffee shops, restaurants, and local markets. Woolwich Township has a strong community feel, great parks, and trails for walking or running. Very convenient location: 10 minutes to I-295 or the NJ Turnpike, 30 minutes to Philly, and about an hour to the Jersey Shore. You will need a car to get around. About us: We are a married lesbian couple who have a 10 year old daughter and a dog. We are professionals, quiet and respectful, looking for someone similar.
