The house is a semi-detached house in a tree-lined residential area close to the metro and buses and well connected to the center. The room is on the top floor, with a shared bathroom not en suite. 2 other people live in the house, a 14-year-old teenager and a person who helps with housework. My house is in the city of Madrid, in a residential area, but central, it is a privilege to live in a villa so close to the center of the city. It is very well connected, there are several metro stops and many buses very close.

You cannot arrive later than 1. You cannot bring more people to the room. Keep the room and common spaces clean and habitable. Maintain decorum and logical standards of education and mutual respect. You cannot listen to series/movies/music at an excessive volume.
