It is a townhouse in the Dongtan section of Hwaseong-si, South Korea. Rental is a bedroom & extras. PIctures shown are the front of the house, the kitchen, and bedroom. The kitchen is a Western style kitchen. We are fairly liberal with common areas. There is patio and a porch, smoking alarms and sprinkler system.
Non smoker. Need to know check in and check out times. Be reasonably quiet. Payment be made to my account, but it might be easier to pay cash, so I suggest that you contact me while you are making the reservation. Insofar as our cancellation policy, we are following the general guidelines we have received from Homestay.com, but we willing to be somewhat flexible, as unexpected situations arise. Normally, if you cancel you should let us know at least 48 hours in advance. When you arrive or even before you arrive, we can give you tour of the hour, tell you about the neighborhood, and how to get to local attractions, include subway and bus transportation. The room is place is very comfortable and convenient, plus the house is fully air conditioned. However, that particular room merely is equipped with fans. We do have an even larger room in the attic, which is air conditioned, if you prefer the attic. Because of Covid-19, we need to know in advance whether you have been vaccinated. Please let us know approximately 24 before you arrive. We are in a townhouse community near buses & subways. Please provide your approximate arrival & departure time, & tell us when you expect to arrive & depart if you stay with us for a few days. We are reasonably flexible and we rely on common sense.

This is the guest's bedroom. This room does not have air conditioning, but fans are available and the rest of the house is air condtioned. The attic, which is air conditioned can be used, if necessary, but it not officially available.
