Rooms with double beds and shared bathroom. Two minutes' walk to the beach and easy driving to the whole of Cumbria; nearest lake just 15-20 minutes' drive.

Guests have access to a kitchenette area. for guests booking 48 hours in advance, there will be tea, bread, butter, milk and cereal provided for breakfast; guests help themselves. Guests are not allowed in the main kitchen or living room. No smoking anywhere in the house or garden; smoke detectors are installed in the bathroom and bedrooms. Balance of payment should be made in cash on arrival.
