I have a spare furnished room in the leafy heights of Horsfield Bay. There is a Queen size bed, internet access and access to kitchen . House has a large back yard and two decks. There are two dogs who reside on the property who are super friendly and love to cuddle, i am a female who works from home with a 17month old son ( he is in daycare 3 days per week). The house is near beaches and freeways , ideal for someone with a car however there is a bus on the door step. 5-10 minutes away from pubs clubs and cafes. An hour by train into Sydney and all the major attractions. I have lived in the area all my life and happy to share as much or as little info needed by any potential homestayers. The room is ideally situated as a place to sleep, eat, and freshen up ready to explore everything The Bays and Central Coast has to offer.
Working with children and police check required. The room is ideally suited as a place to sleep ,freshen up, and make a light meal. I reside in the home with my toddler and work from home. There are two old dogs also residing in the premise. No parties, no smoking in the home. Require clean respectful person. Payment on arrival is required for the stay.
