Two rooms available in an apartment with 24-hour security; 5 minutes walk from the center of Coyoacán, museums, transportation, public bicycles and subway lines 10 minutes away. My son or I live to take care of the guests, the rooms have a screen, internet, one room with an en-suite bathroom and the other a shared bathroom, TV room, dining room and kitchen. English and Spanish are spoken. We have two dogs and we can offer typical food if you wish for reasonable prices.

Smoking and overnight guests are not allowed. The kitchen should not be used all day, only for preparing light meals. Payment method: Once the guest pays 15% to Homestay.com online, the host requests an advance payment (via bank or paypal) of 25% of the remaining balance of the reservation and the remaining balance on the day of arrival. Cancellation policies: To cancel the reservation, the guest must contact us at least 7 days before the day of arrival for a refund of their money.
