One room available in an apartment with 24-hour security; a 5-minute walk from downtown Coyoacán, museums, transportation, public bikes, and metro lines are 10 minutes away. My son or I live there to assist guests. The room has a screen, internet, a private bathroom, a TV room, a dining room, and a kitchen. English and Spanish are spoken. We have two dogs and can provide traditional food if desired for a reasonable price.

Smoking and overnight guests are not allowed. The kitchen should not be used all day, only to prepare light meals. Payment method: Once the guest makes the reservation, they must pay 15% to Homestay.com online. The host requests an advance payment (via bank or paypal) of 25% of the remaining balance of the reservation and the remaining balance on the day of arrival. Cancellation policies: To cancel the reservation, the guest must contact us at least 7 days before the day of arrival for a refund of their money.
