Hi I live with my son in Walkinstown and I already rent out the front room to a student. I have an attic room available to rent that has been recently renovated. It is the first letting since the renovation and is currently just awaiting the construction of inbuilt wardrobes. They are due to be installed in less than two weeks The attic room has an en-suite with shower. The house is almost 9k from Trinity College and almost 13k from University College Dublin with good bus routes to each. I myself cycled to Trinity College which is approx 30min cycle each way.

Be respectful of others living in the house. No friends or family staying over. Responsible for cleaning own room and bathroom. Clean up kitchen after cooking.
