I am a single father and business owner. I am a friendly person raised with Christian and great family values, I don't smoke or consume any type of drug; therefore, this is not allowed at my home. Likewise, I don't do parties at my house, so I expect the same from any tenant.

Pets are not allowed, I am allergic. The kitchen must keep clean after cooking. If your stay is more than a month, house cleaning rules will be applied. Must provide a copy of your Driver's License or passport. Guest visits must be notified and authorized.
