Our house is only 14 minutes to Valencia city center by metro. We live in a quiet town next to Valencia. We are a couple with two sons (14,11) and one daughter (8). Our house is 200m2 and with a terrace of 160m2 with trampolin, basketball and outdoor kitchen (barbecue and paella). We also have some gym tools in the patio where you can train you body with a chin-up bar, a jump rope, a tilting bench, a pair of dumbbells up to 18kg (one) and 12kg (both at same time) and several elastic ropes with different weight. The use of this facility is included in the room price. We have high-speed internet wifi in the whole house and terraze
We only accept women as guest. We are very reasonable family. Just use the resources reasonably (water, heather, etc.) and no other people can enter in the house without our permission and please, ask us if you have any question.
