We are family of 4 with 2 primary kids living in a 4 bedroom double storey house. Our home is in a quiet residential area of leumeah. It is 5 min drive to minto mall and 10mins to campbelltown mall. 2 mins walk to bus stop direct to leumeah station or interchange with other services. Train ride to Central station is 1hr. We are close to campbelltown Western sydney university campus and tafe. There is accessible bus from campbelltown station to Wollongong university. Guest will be using the ground floor which is double brick wall so this causing home to be cooler in the summer. The kitchen which is upstairs is modern and spacious. Guests can have own storage pantry. Downstairs is private living room which has own fridge. (See picture) Guest has own private shower and toilet. Laundry is shared with family. The room is furnished with queen bed, linen sheets, pillows and blanket .Room only for female over 18 years of age.our quiet hours is from 9.30pm
-switch off all device when not in use or not in room -please keep in mind guest will have ID photocopied on arrival -it is a requirement to pay in full on arrival. I asked please to give 4 days of notice in order to received a refund - Guest welcome to dine upstairs at the dinning table or downstairs living area -visitors to the house will need to sign a VISITOR GUEST BOOK and let host know in advance with their ID to be photocopied -no overnite stay from visitor must leave no later than 8pm -basic cleaning of kitchen and bathroom after use. Kitchen will not be open to guest after 9pm -guest must return no later than 10pm -no smoking, drugs or alchohol. -fresh linen is always available. if stain or spill please notify so can be replaced -Garage and under storage is all out of bound to guest -washing is once a week -bring your own shampoo -please keep our home secure and lock the front when entering and double lock as well the screen door when leaving -check in after 3pm and out is 10am.when availablity permits checking in or out can be early or late
