It is 15 minutes walking distance from the beach and other sightseeing places like Moco and Picasso Museums, Parque Ciutadela, Gothic Quarter or La Rambla. The apartmen has 3 rooms, 2 of them are for guests and 1 for the host.
Always close the kitchen and bedroom window if you leave the house. Checkout is at 11.00, if you need to leave your bags after this time there is no problem. Please, clean everything you use after cooking. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the room (only balcony with the door closed). Be careful with noise after 10:00 p.m. Do not cook prepared dishes between 23.00 and 7:00 a.m. Do not shower between 00:00. and 6:00 a.m. except when traveling. Do not invite people who are not registered as a guest. Don't play loud music.
