My house is in a residential neighborhood of Ñuñoa and has 3 bedrooms, one of which is occupied by my daughter who is an architect from the University of Chile and I am a preschool teacher. The area is very quiet and we have 2 subway lines, in addition to the Mall Plaza Egaña, all within walking distance and 10 blocks from Plaza Ñuñoa, the nerve center of the commune. The house has 110 square meters built; 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The patio is also pleasant with two trees that give us shade, an avocado and a lemon tree. The kitchen, a separate living room and a patio are available at all hours. We also have a cuddly cat, Aura.
The house is committed to maintaining the tranquility and respect of guests, so activities in shared spaces are regularly open until 11:00 am, Monday through Friday: living room, kitchen, and patio. On weekends, these open until 2:00 am, especially in the patio. Visitors are welcome with advance notice, but they do not stay overnight. Entry is through the main door with no time restrictions, maintaining silence and respect for guests. The kitchen is kept clean with respect to used utensils and pots. Washing and drying are done during normal business hours to avoid disturbing guests with the noise of the machines. Cancellation Policy: Payment Method: Once the guest pays the 15% deposit to Homestay.com online, the host requests an advance payment (via bank or PayPal) of 25% of the remaining balance of the reservation, and the remaining balance is collected on the day of arrival. "Cancellation Policies": To cancel a reservation, guests must contact us at least 15 days before arrival for a refund.

This home studio is located behind the main house and is completely private with a separate entrance. It has a large private bathroom and two east-facing windows overlooking the patio. A table and chair are provided, and the space includes an 800 sq m storage space. A double bed accommodates one or two guests. Weekly cleaning service is provided.
