House Rules: 1. No Smoking Indoors: As a non-smoking family, we kindly ask that you refrain from smoking inside the house. 2. Dishes: Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher after meals. 3. Bathroom & Laundry: The bathroom is private to you unless another guest rents the second room, in which case it becomes a shared space. Please be courteous when using the bathroom, toilet, and laundry facilities. 4. Lounge Area: Be courteous when using the lounge area, especially if sharing with others. Please be gentle with the books and games available for your enjoyment. 5. Study Area: A study area is available for your use during your stay. 6. Pets: Our dog stays outside in the deck area. If you have any issues with pets, please inform us in advance so we can gate the dog away from this area. 7. Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM.
