We are a couple with a baby, we like to walk and do outdoor sports. We rent a room with private bathroom, our house is cozy in a quiet place, 20 minutes from Quito we are in the Valley of San Rafael.

No other guests allowed, no parties allowed, the guest can use the kitchen and must leave clean after use, can not enter the other bedrooms, only the shared areas.
