Laundry day is Wednesday and 1 shelf in refrigerator and freezer is avail for usage, Trash day is Tuesday and all trash must be in a trash bag in can to prevent bugs. Vehicle must park on right of drive way and no working on cars in driveway or oil issues. Get a Po Box for mail. Guest need to pay cash on arrival and for longer staying guest must pay cash on the first of every month.
