Good morning ! We are a mixed family of Quebec and Vietnamese culture. Our house is located in a very clean, quiet and safe area of Montreal.

The 25% payment is required just upon booking and payment for the stay is requested upon arrival (stay of less than a month) or on the first day of the month (stay of more than a month). Animals are not allowed. It is forbidden to make noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Common spaces should be kept clean.
