Open to male or females. Check in 3pm. Check out 9am. Main floor of large bright new home with rooms in upper level for rent. Also one large room in basement. I am in my 60's and host adults from around the world. My grandchildren live down the road and occasionally stop in to visit. I am happy to give you your space or help you with transit etc. Damage deposit is 50% of monthly rent and will be returned if no issues are present upon leave. ***If you are booking more than a week please bring your own towels and toiletries. Longer stays need to provide toilet paper and take turns washing the bathroom/their bedrooms. Those who stay long-term are expected to help me keep the common areas clean- working as a family would. I very much appreciate your consideration in these areas. If you are only for a few days we can supply these in the same way. Please let us know before you arrive.
We request a damage deposit of $100 for short stays (under a month) and $500 for long term (over a month). Please be prepared to receive a welcome email upon booking with general information. We ask for half the damage deposit immediately to secure your spot as we have had no shows that cost us rentals. No cell phones in bathroom. 5-10 min showers please. No food in rooms. Please eat in the dining room. Clean up and put away dishes after each use. No guests. No shoes in the house. No cooking after 9pm. Please use the back door to enter and exit. Laundry once a week is included. Cleaning of the shared bathroom is expected by all guests. There are supplies under the sink. Please note- if cleaning is not being done we will need to charge a fee to hire a cleaner. This will add $50-100/mth for renters. So far it has been working well and all have helped me clean:) Thank you for being considerate!
