This is an exquisitely furnished apartment with all the modern conveniences. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, blender, toaster , pots, cutleries, an oven & a microwave. The open-plan living area has a flat-screen TV with channels, DVD player & a 6-seater dining table. Accommodation includes breakfast & Wi-Fi throughout. I living on the property, so I am available to offer guidance and advice to guests, as well as a light breakfast in the mornings. Please note that a light breakfast is included in the price which you can find in the kitchen at the apartment, you are free to serve yourself. The Apartment is large so there are plenty places to have quiet time or socialize if you choose too. It comprises of an entrance hall, a lounge, a dining area, gas cooker and built-in braai, great garden, furnishings how we like it.. All linen is fantastic quality. Our house keeper will handle your washing and ironing and refresh you room daily if you include cleaning fee and ironing a day R180 not compulsory. We are centrally located in Rosebank within 3 minutes walk to the Rosebank mall, so its 5mins to Sandton, Rivonia, Bryanston and the highway for anywhere else. There is uncapped WIFI available all round the house and in the lounge. Occupants are friendly and helpful people, some are professionals, ranging from bankers to project managers, film makers, actors, musicians, producers, talents agency owners, international production company owners and workers. Quite a social bunch to get together (along) with, this happen quite often.. Smoking is permitted but only outside the apartment. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need, fridges, dishwasher, pots, plates, kettle, spoons, cutleries, oven, micro wave . We offer free breakfasts if interested plus feel free to cook up a storm when you wish to make your own meal..
