Our approx. 1 hectare property is located north of the fishing village of Mondoukou approx. 500 m from the Atlantic beach and is a mixture of a small farm and tropical garden with several residential and utility buildings, free-ranging chickens, our own vegetable garden, coconut palms, mango, almond and cashew trees , passion fruit... depending on the season, to be harvested on the doorstep. We, Emmanuel and Carolina - German-Ivorian, live there with 2 children, other tenants and holiday guests as well as our cats, dogs and chickens.

Our two- and four-legged animals run free on the property (e.g. do not leave food unattended outside the accommodation). We separate our waste (compostable, recyclable, combustible) and ask our guests and roommates for help. We take a deposit of 65,000 FCFA/100 € for rentals of 1 month or more in cash upon arrival.
