I live with my two lovely dogs in a spacious apartment located very close to the main places for partying and gastronomy in Bogotá, Parque 93 and Zona T. Additionally, I literally live next to El Virrey park, one of the most beautiful in Bogotá. This neighborhood is very close to main roads, it has 2 public transport stations, Transmilenio, less than 300m away. It is very easy to access and safe.

·If you don't like animals or are allergic to them, this place is NOT for you. · Prohibited the consumption of alcohol or drugs in the apartment or inside the building. ·It is not allowed to make noise or listen to music with a very high volume after 8pm. ·Prohibited the entry of people other than registered guests. · It is not allowed to bring pets. · The carrying of weapons is not allowed.
