I'm a single guy with a spare bedroom just 15 minutes from NC State and anywhere in downtown Raleigh. Rustic 1950s house with a large porch and backyard. Internet access. Shared bathroom. I only accept males.

I'm flexible if you want to cook, but my extended family has food allergies, which affects what can be cooked in some pots, so we can talk about it if necessary. Bathroom cabinet contains separate toiletry storage area for you. For prudence's sake as a single guy living alone, I only accept males.
