Its an four bedrooms apartment where we (me, wifey & one kid) living and other rooms rented to expats/foreigners. So here you will get a homely environment which is fully safe and secured. Relations between Guests and us always seems friendly and we act like a family member.
1) there is 1/2 guest allowed to meet with you if you stay longer periods (mote then 2 months).. But no night staying for them.. For shorter stay pls meet with your guests in the coffee shop (so many coffee shops around stone throw distans).. 2) After confirm the booking with homestay.. Pls send half of your total payment (via wire transfer/bank transfar) for confirm with host too...its necessary, if you are booking more then week before... 3) Main door of the building closing time is 11:30pm. You are requested to back home within this time Period except emergencies, 4) No smoking allowed in the room- you may use balcony. No drugs in the house.. Only Light alcohol permited.. 5) Keep your bed-room like a bed-room. No official meet up in the apartment/room or any kind of noise creation which might hampers/disturbance to other flatmates, 6) You are requested to turn off Gayser (Hot water), light,fan,air-conditions switch while you go outside or not in your room for consuming less electricity. Your are also bound to pay for any damages (if any happen) done by you. 7) Foods/Toiletries not included in the package. 8) do not bring unacceptable persons in the house.. (like escort service or drug addicts).. Or random friends/relatives is not accepted.. Any illigal actions are not allowed. You will be whole responsible for your doing/activities by you, inside or outside of the apartment. Act like a family member/friends to other flatmates/host..

The room is large with attached bath. Basic furnitures given there like a big size bed, Reading table,Chair,Cup-board etc. 24/7 hours generator facilities, wifi, security guards available in the apartment 24/7 .
