Safe, clean homestay

we have hosted students for many years. I live in a townhouse where it’s safe, clean and respectful . You have bathroom next to your room which you share with another female student. You have a large fridge for just you and other student if there is one at the time .
No smoking, drugs, alcohol or pets. I prefer a mature student Bedroom and bathroom must be cleaned once a week and washing of laundry. NO food in bedroom (carpeted room) Your cooking space in kitchen needs to be always clean and tidy Quiet time after 10:00pm No strangers are brought to our home . If you would like a friend over, you will need to ask because there is another student studying and she may need quite days to study. Please leave house locked windows closed when you leave the house . This is a peaceful home , we are respectful to everyone’s needs and a positive home . There will be a small damage deposit required for long term stays and then returned to you once your homestay has ended and there is no damage to the property. Thanks for understanding.
