Welcome to our warm and family-friendly home! We provide a safe, peaceful, and supportive space exclusively for female guests. Your private bedroom includes a comfortable bed with fresh linens, a ceiling fan, a large closet with hangers, and a dedicated study desk with WiFi and TV — ideal for students, remote workers, or travelers. Guests share a clean bathroom with modern shower and a cozy lounge area with sofa and dining table. For convenience, we provide a mini-fridge, microwave, water dispenser, and coffee/tea station for light meals and drinks. Please note: there is no full kitchen access. Laundry facilities and air conditioning are available to make your stay worry-free. We are a caring family with two young daughters and welcome international students and women travelers who want a safe, respectful, and comfortable place to call home.

Female Guests Only – For safety and comfort, we only host female travelers. • No Smoking, Vaping, or Drugs – Strictly no smoking or substances inside or outside the home. • No Visitors or Parties – Only registered guests are allowed; no overnight visitors or gatherings. • Quiet Hours – Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. • Shared Spaces – Guests may use common areas (lounge, dining table, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee station) but must keep them tidy after use. • Bathroom Courtesy – Please clean up after yourself when using the shared bathroom. • Safety First – Always lock the door when entering or leaving. Security cameras are present in common areas (never in private spaces). • Respectful Environment – This is a family home with children, so we ask for courtesy, respect, and cleanliness at all times.
