We are a married couple, retired. My husband and I speak English and Spanish. We are located near the train and bus station, access to shops and markets, we are on a ground floor. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and we are Renting one with a double bed, basic, shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, terrace. Apartment is cozy, clean. No smoking, no pets.

Non smoking. Keep the kitchen clean, when using it, leave it clean and tidy. Keep common areas in order. Leave the bathroom clean when using it. No visits, No parties. Annoying noises or loud music are not allowed.
