Just me, my wife, my daughter, in our comfortable 2 story 4 bedroom House in upscale Santa Clarita, CA. My wife has Italian and Spanish background . We are easy going and enjoy people from various cultures. Have a beautiful 2nd Floor cozy bedroom for you with your own bathroom down the hall. Plenty of Street Parking. We will make sure you have a wonderful vacation or business trip. We are 10 minutes from Magic Mountain Theme Park, 30 minutes from Universal Studios and Hollywood, 90 minutes from Disneyland. Also 30 minutes to San Fernando Valley and Pasadena. We can recommend the best restaurants in the local area for all budgets. Please Note: If your homestay is more than 30 days, anytime before your arrival we require payment in full through PayPal. For homestays less than 30 days, we will also accept cash at the time of arrival. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 days notice for any cancellation.
