Description Features: We are a family of professionals who rented santiagueros 1 Comfortable room in the center of the city of Santiago de Cuba. Our house located on the ground floor and built in the 50s, is composed of living room, three bedrooms, kitchen and patio, rooms have large windows into the hall (roofing) and patio (not covered) allowing entry natural light, air and sun, set as a terrace, where we maintain natural plants, birds, pond-tank and resting place with table, chairs and balances. The room where they can rest pleasantly, is spacious, 16 m2, with windows to the hallway that let in natural air and clarity, like the rest of the house, with one double bed and a personal, air conditioning, closet , separate bathroom with hot and cold water, Frizer, TV, DVD (with USB port), comfort and safety.  With family you can easily communicate in Spanish and English. Nearby attractions: The house is located in the center of the city of Santiago de Cuba, on the same street where the scale model of the city, Casa Granguet (Coffee Museum) and the Balcon de Velazquez is located, and just minutes from Park lawns, Cathedral City, Hotel Casa Granda, Casa de la Trova, Terrace Matamoros and Enramadas Street (Boulevard Santiaguero) where the main shops, craft fairs and restaurats with Creole food and haute cuisine are also located. They are located very close to the historic Spanish Steps Padre Pico, Clandestinidad Museum, House of Traditions, among others.  Location Our house is located in an easy access route to the historic center of the city, just four blocks from Cespedes and Cathedral City Park, with access roads and communication facilities both to and from the airport (14 km, 15 minute drive), and the Via Azul bus terminal, where you can make reservations to other cities, such as Baracoa, Manzanillo, Holguin, Camaguey, Trinidad, Havana, etc. Foods Includes only the cost of the room, for breakfast, coffee or tea, we can offer a full breakfast at the request of guests at the time they wish, at an additional cost to the housing.
