I live in a villa in a rural setting on the Whangaroa Harbour. Beaches are 20 mins drive. Bush walks will take you down the harbour Yacht charters are also available. Main shopping centre Kerikeri is 35 mins away. Surf beaches are 20-55mins drive and include both the east and west coast. The house was built in 1900 and is made of heart of kauri I have a small kitchen and shared bathroom(flush composting toilet), the rest of the house is large with large veranda at front and a sun soaked small back veranda. Large lawns an old orchard and small vege gardens. Chickens ,ducks and one aged cat
Feel free to use the kitchen but clean up after please . Flush composting toilet (no sanitary items etc into toilet) Absolutely no cleaning products in toilet No candles to be used
