On arrival passport is needed for tourist board verification and we will take a photo of yours for Sri Lanka Police verifications. We do charge full amount on your arrival. Whenever you go out, keep your room locked, and keep all air-condition, fan and lights off. Outsiders are not allowed into your rooms. Only one or two people can stay in a room. Extras pay then and there. We have exclusive menu for its guests at convenient price. Payments should be done in cash by US$ and the balance will be paid in local currency only. Any losses to the property you are liable to pay (example: damaging a glass, losing room key, etc). Do not stain the linen. Room cleaning will be done once a week. A menu and an excursion list is available (chargeable). Check-in is flexible on availability of rooms. Check-out is by 12.00 noon. Your waste should always be separated to plastics, tissues, bags and bottles to one garbage bag and wet garbage (food) to another. Laundry facility is available on request and an affordable amount will be charged.
