Your stylish, clean, safe, large "home away from home" in the heart of Rijeka! This quirky, bohemian, beautiful place with original artwork & DIY furniture is in a Listed Building (special historic & architectural interest) in Rijeka's dynamic harbour/marina. Your private, spacious, air-conditioned, sunny room has a partial view over the Molo Longo breakwater/Kvarner Bay & it's perfect for 2 guests! Coffee, tea & BREAKFAST food included in the price (guests prepare their own meals/do the dishes). The owner/on-site host is a busy, cosmopolitan, friendly lady who lives alone.
1. No smoking and no illegal substances allowed 2. No parties/events allowed; please respect the noise curfew. QUIET HOURS in the building/apartment are 11pm~7am 3. No unregistered, unapproved OVERNIGHT guests allowed, ONLY GUESTS LISTED IN THE RESERVATION. -Daytime visitors allowed with Host's pre-approval but Guests should escort visitors on and off the premises. Guests should never give the KEY to visitor(s) and Host will not be responsible for Guests' visitor(s) in the property 4. KITCHEN USE: light cooking only (simple, quick meals). Guests can use microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker and gas stove top (no oven use). 5. Host provides coffee, teas, milk and food for breakfast; Guests prepare breakfast for themselves 6. Turn off the AC & other home appliances when you go out 7. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products etc should be flushed at any time 8. Notify your Host immediately if you notice any housekeeping/maintenance issues so that the Host can fix them asap 9. Guest must notify Host about ANY DAMAGE to the rental BEFORE check-out 10. Guest agrees to pay Host promptly for any damage, destruction, loss or expense caused by Guest and/or Guest's pet 11. Pets allowed (1 pet). Dog-friendly rental. No cats (Host is allergic).
