This is a mother-in-law suite. It has its own entrance, a brand new bathroom. It has its own temp control, oven, toaster, stove, fridge. Decent storage. Two rooms.

We are very lenient. Do not make a ton of noise, especially at night. Don't trash the place. You can use the pool.
