We are a newly married couple living with a younger brother in a cozy and secure home. Our place is just a 10-minute walk from Line 9 subway station, making it easy to reach popular destinations like Lotte World Tower, Lotte World Lake, and Gangnam Station (only 30 minutes by subway). The neighborhood is peaceful and convenient, with hospitals, supermarkets, parks, shopping malls, and cozy cafes all within walking distance. Our home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen — providing you with a comfortable and relaxing stay. We have extensive experience hosting guests from various countries such as the United States, Japan, Italy, Indonesia, and Denmark. We love meeting new people, sharing cultures, and making sure our guests feel like part of our family. We look forward to welcoming you and creating wonderful memories together!
[Cleaning] 1) Shared Spaces: Living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc., are shared spaces. Please keep them tidy after use. 2) Personal Room: Please clean your room yourself. If you need any cleaning tools, don't hesitate to ask. The bed mattress cover, duvet, and pillowcases are replaced with fresh ones every two weeks. [Laundry] 1) Washing Machine: The washing machine is next to the kitchen. It can be used until 11 PM. 2) Detergent: Detergent is available next to the washing machine. Please check the appropriate amount before use.
