Payment Policy: Kindly settle all Homestay Fees in advance before your check-in. Please note that Homestay Accommodation Fees are non-refundable once paid. No Smoking Policy: Our homestay house is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, including your room and the garden. However, it is allowed to smoke outside the building gate. Room Cleanliness: We kindly request that you maintain the cleanliness of your room. Kitchen Usage: You are free to use our kitchen, and we appreciate it if you can help keep it clean after use. Damages Policy: In the unfortunate event of any damages caused by a guest, the associated costs will be charged to the guest's account. Guest Accompanying Policy: Feel free to invite any member of the host family to accompany you outside. Please be aware that expenses for transportation, meals, or entrance fees incurred outside the house are your responsibility. Energy Conservation: To help conserve energy, we kindly request that you turn off the air conditioning unit when not using the bedroom. Health Responsibility: Your health is your priority. Any medical or hospitalization expenses, as well as the cost of medicines if you fall ill, are your personal expenses.
