I am a retired educator who lives alone. I have adult children, 2 sons 1 daughter and grandchildren who live near by. My interest are many, I enjoy traveling, a healthy lifestyle, roller skating, and I am a facepainter for the city of Birmingham. My home is a 3 bedroom. 1,265 square feet, I live in the city. I am renting 1 bedroom 15ft. long 12ft. wide. with plenty of storage for your belongings, 32' Smart TV, full length mirror, cozy Daybed with a brand new mattress. There is only 1 bathroom and its just steps away from your private room. At the present a home gym is being developed in the living room area. This includes trampoline, exercise bike, barbells, Jump ropes & Steamy Wonder Sauna. My home includes a wrap around front porch, with 2 comfy chairs, and table, laundry, a private driveway for parking. The house sits at the top of a small grassy hill, very comfortable, serene enviroment. You are immersed in nature here. There is no garden yet.... However, I do not object to you starting one if you like. There is plenty of space for a garden. I speak a little French.

+If you are the last one who cooked please make sure dishes, stove, pots and pans are washed and clean before you retire, +Please, Please follow the washer/dryer combo rules They will be posted. +Eating in the bedroom is not allowed to keep ants, and pests away. + When you shower or bathe please clean tub (cleaning products will be available) +Please let me know ahead if you decide to have guest over +Last but not least... If there is something we need to discuss by all means let's discuss it. You are a traveling guest in my home and I want your stay here to be enjoyable, & relaxed.
