I am a Retired Army Veteran. Hosting short-term rentals is an adventure for this work-from-home retiree, along with my mom, Vonda. It has been an exciting time for us and now that we are two years in, we are enjoying it. The Mackenzie is named after my amazing daughter. This listing is the entire upstairs of my home in the suburbs, with the privacy of locking doors to have your own space but the freedom to use the outdoor amenities as well. There are two bedrooms, a total of three queen beds. The living room includes a dedicated workspace in one corner as well as a dining table which is also great for board games and family fun. The whole space was renovated just two years ago with short-term renters in mind from the welcome station to the luxurious shower to the common areas for your family to enjoy. I greatly enjoy hosting people from all over the country and the world, providing recommendations for Murfreesboro and Nashville, and getting to know my guests.

NO SMOKING NO VAPING - The primary renter, registered with Homestay, and the listed number of individuals must be the ONLY guests checking in. - No events or parties. - No unregistered overnight guests. - Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 7am CT. - NO SMOKING or vaping anywhere on property, inside or outside of the house. Neighborhood walks or off-site drives are recommended for this activity. There are many parks within a short drive just 2-10 minutes away. - The apartment includes a kitchenette for your convenience. DOOR LOCKS & PARKING: - Guest Parking is on the right side of the driveway. Park as far forward as possible. You can park two cars on the right side, one behind the other or park one on the street. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY. OWNER NEEDS TO ENTER/EXIT THE GARAGE. - The front lawn of the house and the garage areas are reserved for the owner's private use.
