Wash your dishes: It is important to clean your own dishes after use and leave the kitchen sink free of any dirty dishes. 3. Keep the washroom clean: Maintain cleanliness by wiping down surfaces, flushing the toilet, and disposing of waste properly. 4. Keep the kitchen clean: After each use, wipe countertops, stove, and dining area. Store your food properly and dispose of any trash in the designated bins. 5. Do not leave clothes or personal items in the washrooms: To maintain cleanliness and minimize clutter, please refrain from leaving personal belongings in shared spaces. 6. No weed smokers: As the owner is allergic to the smell of weed, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. 7. No smoking inside the house, room, or front yard: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, away from entrances or windows. 8. SEGREGATE and throw garbage properly: Sort waste into the appropriate bins provided and adhere to recycling guidelines. 9. Keep noise to a minimum from 11 pm to 7 am: Please be considerate of fellow residents by keeping noise levels down during nighttime hours. 10. Do not forget to flush after using the washroom bowl: Always flush the toilet and leave it clean for the next person. 11. Clean all mess left in the toilet bowl: Ensure that any mess in the toilet bowl is cleaned thoroughly. 12. Buy your own bottled water: It is recommended that you purchase your own bottled water for personal consumption. 13. Visitors are limited to remain in the front yard: To maintain privacy and security, visitors must remain in the designated front yard area. 14. No visitor sleepovers without prior permission from the owner: Overnight guests are not allowed without prior authorization from the owner. 15. No overstaying in common places like dining and kitchen: Please limit your usage of common spaces like the dining and kitchen areas to one hour per use. 16. Do not leave belongings in the living room: Keep the living room free of personal belongings to maintain a tidy and organized space. 17. The guest must bring towels, beddings, personal hygiene products, and utensils if booking for five days or more: Longer-term guests are responsible for providing their own essentials. 18. A cleanliness fee will be charged for failure to comply with cleanliness guidelines: If dishes are left unwashed, the toilet bowl is not flushed, the washroom is left messy, or trash is not properly segregated, an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
