Our home is in the city near University of Toronto Scarborough and Centennial College, Malvern Mall, No Frills, Freshland and Shoppers Drugmart. Closest intersection is Neilson and McLevin. We are 4 in the family, me and my husband, son and daughter and we have a furry little dog. I am working as a Quality Control Auditor in a manufacturing company. My husband works as a Caretaker. One basement bedroom is available for rent. This basement will be shared with a male tenant. It has separate entrance. Kitchen, washroom and common area are shared. The basement is newly renovated, new appliances and furnitures. We speak English and Filipino. We love to cook, listening to music and watching movies.
Safety rules: Always lock the door, unplug all electrical gadgets and/or turn off appliances when not in use. It's important that we all clean up after ourselves, especially in all common areas. We segregate and recycle, and I would appreciate you following this. if coming home late - notify by texting me. Laundry once a week (during off peak hours).
