In a green and quiet area near the center of Baarlo is my bungalow with view on a creek. I myself am calm, I speak a couple of languages but I don’t like to talk much.

Ultra early check-in possible. In that case there is one other guest who can use the shared toilet but not the private bathroom until the actual guest checks out; Parking instructions at arrival, keep the exits and parking lots of the neighbours clear; Shoes out at the front door; Mobile phone on silent mode and volume 0; No (loud) talking, no phone calls, no music, silent hours is 24/7, only functional talk; I'm not an entertainer nor do l need to be entertained; No alcohol(!); No smoking/vaping, you can smoke in the back corner of the backyard near the wooden fence; Always sit down on the toilet; We separate waste: paper, plastics, organic and glass. Please take your glass waste with you and don't leave any items behind; When leaving: switch off lights, close and lock the windows, dishes in the dishwasher or wash them by hand.
