Only 8 mins drive to Scarborough Town Shopping Centre. 5 mins drive to go train station. 2 mins walk to the bus station on Kennedy Rd. This room is room #3. The room has en-suite private bathroom and shared kitchen.

1. NO SMOKING!!! Smoking on the property is strictly prohibited. 2. Dishes must be washed after each use. 3. Quiet Hour: 11 pm-6 am. Please lower the volume whether you are watching videos or talking to others, especially during quiet hours. I really appreciate your cooperation!
