We are a family of 4 with our 2 adult children away travelling. We also have Khobi our large and active 2 yr old collie dog, living in a quiet cul-de-sac close to Luas , bus, shops and Dundrum Town Centre. We have other guests staying on occasion. We are a friendly and sociable family, all working various time schedules, and flexible to allow guests to come and go at their leisure. We do not provide breakfast or meals but guests are free to use the kitchen and use of utensils to cook for themselves. There will be a shared use of fridge/freezer with other guest and own cupboard to store dry items. Use of wahsing machine and dryer available and wifi included as well as other utilities are covered in rent.

No other guests permitted in room other than main guest Smoking not permitted inside our home however we have a large quirky man shed outside where it is permitted. We would ask you to hoover and clean your own bedroom on a weekly basis as well as bathroom, on a rota basis with any other guest that may be staying on a long term basis. Otherwise we have no rules except we would ask you to treat our home as you would your own and keep it clean and tidy. We do request 50% deposit of the first month of rent , prior to arrival , to secure your room. cancellation charges: no refund up to 10 days cancellation prior to arrival 25% refund 11 days - 1 month notice, 50% with 1- 3 months notice and 100% over 3 months notice.
