I'm offering a simple single room for a female student or professional in my home. I live with my Toddler and 2 cats. I am friends and welcoming.

I have a toddler so need to be quiet after 8pm. No smoking. Please tidy up after yourself. Cook dinner after we have used the kitchen around 5.30/ 6pm. Respect that I have indoor cats that cannot be let outside. Be careful with doors windows. Keep your room door closed.
